Alan Starker comes to the firm with extensive jury trial experience in complex litigation involving death and serious bodily injury. He obtained his Jurist Doctorate Law Degree in 1985 from the Delaware Law School of Widener University. Prior to that he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1982 from the George Washington University.

Prior to joining the firm Alan Starker worked extensively over the years with injured plaintiffs in complex personal injury and products liability cases involving major truck corporations, tire changing machine manufacturers, auto, truck, and school bus manufacturers, seat and seat belt manufacturers, and tool and die manufacturers. He has also been involved in jeep rollover cases, airbag failure to deploy cases, complex dram shop cases, work-site accidents, architectural design cases, medical malpractice cases, fire litigation involving wrongful death and complex negligence cases.

He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and New Jersey Bar Association.He is a member of the US District Courts and the Court of Appeals in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
